Russian Female Elite sniperist?? (RAA??) --WWII?

I'm having problems getting any infromation about the Red Army Aces.... and NO, they are not an air plane regiment.. or whatever you would call it.. I hardly remember the Russian flying any planes during the war. The group was full of very skilled Russian female snipers, during WWII.. if anybody has information on this topic.. help, and feedback, would be much appreciated.
