How much protein does a sirloin steak of 150g have?

I need to know how much protein does a 150g sirloin steak has. I am in a 3k calorie diet for my training set by my nutritionist, but it is just too much food for me on a single day. I feel as if i have eaten enough for the entire week. So I was planning to take the GNC Ampd Protein which has 60g of protein per serving instead of one of my 2 meals. The ideal thing would be to ask her but she's gonna b out of town for 3 weeks so now I'm stuck and i really don't want to continue with this particular diet.
