Do you agree that ATMs should prompt people to make charitable donations?

This is the governments latest idea to force people to give more to charities instead of the government providing the services themselves. I don't agree with it and I am concerned that a lot of people will make errors at the machine and donate money they can't afford. To me it reeks of blackmail.
