Best horror movies in 2000-2009?

im obsessed with horror movies but i really hate the old ones. i know they are the "best" or something but i really hate the stupid effects and crap!! so lets keep it pretty modern!! haha i really like movies tht make ur brain freak out!! haha like movies about mental hospitals or posessed little kids. the kind tht when your done watching it, u wish u hadnt cuz u are so frickin disturbed!! i might be comming off as a scary person or something but im just really hard to scare...please help!!(:
