What University would be best suited for me?

I have an average gpa of a 3.7, I have to stay in Southern California, I go to a private school, I am taking honors chem and AP Euro, I play Varsity girls Basketball (however I do not want to continue playing in college), and I really want to go to a UC. I want to be in pediatric medicine when I grow older. I am a sophmore, and it is really important that it is a good college. THANKS!!!
