What can I do now?

Last week I had a fever, vomitting, and not able to eat. This happens to me on and off all the time. I have pain in my right upper abdomen and it goes in my back. My family thinks I could have appendicitis because of my symptoms and a lot of people in my family have had this. Every time I go to the hospital with the pains they just check me (the best check they ever did was an x-ray) and they send me home with naproxen. I feel like they are doing this because I don't have any insurance. How can I get the help I need?
