Is my heart rate something to worry about?
first thing do ot take your own blood pressure as you don't no when to take it nor do you no if it is correct your DR is the expert on this so i would advice you to go see him also don't go to a chemist as there monitors can be wrong one reading dose not give you the correct reading you need to have this done over certain times of the day plus you can get very anxious by doing this yourself so this would knock it up straight away i am emphasizing this again leave this to the expert's they can then sort medication out for you need be even send you for an ECG this can find a lot of underlying causes for you if you are over weight then your DR can also help you with a diet then sort your BP out while you are at the sugary you need to go and get both your symptom's sorted out all at once you are worried now so the best thing make an appointment as as possible better to be safe than sorry please don't take your own there are too many monitors out there that gives you the wrong readings a BP monitor is not a toy they have to be Verified by a Health Authority when i did my training at first it was hard to find the pulse in the arm not every one as a good pulse to be able to find so trying to do this on your own can be hard also you need the right cuff size as this can lead to it popping of hope this helps you take care
