How about giving Nepal chances to play more ODI series in U19 level considering their performance in worldcup?

Nepal have really perfomed well in U 19 level.Considering their performances they are best among the ociates and competitive even among the regular members of ICC.So is there any such provision of ICC so that Nepal can play ODI series regularly with the test members.Overall these players are representing the country in free size level after few years.
